SLOW COOKER POOR'S STEW



*Ingredients

°1 ½ pounds potatoes, I use Russets
°3 carrots, peeled and sliced
°1 onion, chopped
°1 pound bee
°2 cups of water
°1 to 6 ounces of tomato paste
°1 minced garlic clove
°Salt and pepper to taste
°1 teaspoon dried oregano
°1 teaspoon onion powder

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
In Dutch oven or skillet, cook ground beef to cook through, drain off fat
In slow cooker, adding beef, potatoes, carrot, onion also garlic
SECOND STEP:
In  bowl, combine dried spices
Whisking tomato paste and water, then blend with dried spices
THIRD STEP:
& pour this mix on meat and vegetables in slow cooker
Putting lid on slow cooker
FOURTH STEP:
Cooking on low heat for 7 h
Serve the stew with buttered bread
