Million dollar macaroni


°1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti noodles
°1 pound minced meat
°1 jar of spaghetti sauce (16 ounces)
°1/2 cup butter cut into slices
°1 cup cottage cheese
°1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
°1/4 cup sour cream
°1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350°F. Boilling pot of salted water. Cook pasta in simmering water, stirring occasionally, until "pink" (well cooked but firm to the bite), about 12 minutes. sink. Heat  skillet on high heat. Cook, turning, in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes, draining and discarding the fat. Put them in a bowl and mix the spaghetti sauce with the minced meat. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well combined. Place half of the buttered slices in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Spread half of the spaghetti on the plate. Put the spaghetti with the cream mixture. Place a layer of the remaining spaghetti over the cream mixture. Put the remaining pats of butter on top. Pour the ground beef mixture over the spaghetti and spread to cover the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Spread the cheddar cheese over the pasta and continue baking until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about another 15 minutes.
